Luckily for me I've been in both sectors, I've been an estate agent, and in line with that in the mortgage business for over a decade, but I've also been in the stock market training field.
I had to learn about the stock market and follow it daily, I invested in it myself, and taught clients to read the signals and when to buy and when to sell.
I think I can pretty much agree with this article I found that the property market still greatly outperforms the stock market
